Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by The Hydro Drip Bar — Gluta Hub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any services from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Description
The Hydro Drip Bar provides elective wellness services including intravenous (IV) hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, intramuscular vitamin injections, and weight loss programs at our California clinic locations in Temecula, Mira Mesa (San Diego), and National City.
All services are administered by licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) under the medical oversight of our Medical Director, Dr. Guillermo Castillo, Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Eligibility
To receive services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or 16–17 with written parental or guardian consent
- Complete and sign our health intake and informed consent forms prior to treatment
- Disclose all current medications, supplements, medical conditions, and allergies
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding without prior clearance from your OB/GYN
- Not have a known allergy to any ingredient in the requested treatment formula
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who, in the clinical judgment of our nursing staff, may be at risk of adverse effects from the requested treatment.
Medical Acknowledgment
By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- IV therapy and vitamin injections carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising at the insertion site, phlebitis, infection, allergic reaction, and in rare cases, more serious complications
- You have accurately and completely disclosed your health history, medications, and allergies
- You have had the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered to your satisfaction before treatment
- Results from IV therapy vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed
- You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your health status between visits
Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling
Appointments may be booked online through our Square booking portal, by phone, or in person. Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule at no cost.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply.
- No-shows: Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without cancellation may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Membership Terms
Membership plans are monthly subscriptions that auto-renew on your billing date each month. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:
- Monthly fees are charged automatically to your payment method on file
- Membership benefits (IV drips, IV pushes) must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over
- Membership may be cancelled with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date
- Membership is non-transferable and for personal use only
- We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days' advance notice
- No refunds are issued for unused monthly benefits once the billing cycle has begun
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure Square payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable California sales tax will be added where required by law.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of medical and wellness services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you experience an adverse reaction or have a concern about your treatment, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, The Hydro Drip Bar, its owners, staff, nurses, and Medical Director shall not be liable for:
- Any adverse reactions arising from treatments where you have not fully disclosed your health history
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Any results or outcomes that do not meet your expectations
- Damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of The Hydro Drip Bar and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
Client Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who:
- Is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful toward staff or other clients
- Arrives intoxicated or under the influence of substances
- Provides false or misleading health information
- Violates clinic policies or safety protocols
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless prohibited by law.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against The Hydro Drip Bar.
